About Soulé Coffee

Soulé Coffee and Bubble Tea is a modern coffee shop and community space located in the heart of the Fondren neighborhood. Founded in 2017 by musician and entrepreneur Ezra Brown this is the third brick-and-mortar location of Soulé bringing global flavors and community-focused programming to Jackson Mississippi.

The Vision

Ezra Brown a South Carolina native who calls Jackson his second hometown created Soulé based on his experiences touring internationally as a musician. He studied at Jackson State University where he developed the Count Basie jazz style and formed lifelong connections. His travels to places like Malaysia Singapore and Switzerland inspired him to create a cafe that serves as more than just a coffee shop—it's a space for community inspiration and collaboration.

Menu and Offerings

Soulé offers crafted bubble teas refreshers espresso drinks matcha beverages and a variety of teas. The menu celebrates global flavors with influences from cultures around the world. Popular items include their espresso drinks matcha beverages and bubble tea lemonades. The shop operates with a modern tech-forward approach featuring self-serve cashless checkout kiosks.

Music and Events

The venue hosts monthly Open Mic + Band nights where performers can showcase their talents backed by a full live band. This unique format provides musicians with professional accompaniment creating a special performance opportunity. The venue also serves as home to the JXN Artists Business Meetup providing a think tank space for local artists to collaborate and develop their business skills.
