Venue Overview

PublicHouse is located in a beautifully restored historic church building in downtown Springfield serving as a major community hub and cultural destination. The venue was designed to continue the building's tradition as a gathering space for the community. The restored space features multiple areas for different experiences while maintaining the architectural integrity and character of the original structure. The venue opened in 2018 and has become central to Springfield's cultural and dining scene.

Music Programs

PublicHouse hosts regular open mic events with music hosted by Amblin a legendary Eugene musician known for hosting open mics throughout the region. The Sunday open mic runs from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM with sign-up beginning at 5:30 PM and music starting at 6 PM. All ages and skill levels are welcome with musicians providing their own instruments while Amblin provides professional sound equipment. The outdoor lawn area is perfect for acoustic performances and the venue hosts bluegrass bands folk musicians and singer-songwriters. The venue also features performances from local bands like Belltower and other Americana and traditional music acts.

PublicHouse includes a beer hall whiskey lab and outdoor arbor bar with excellent craft beverage selections.
