Mother's Brewing Company - Springfield's Largest Craft Brewery
Mother's Brewing Company is Springfield's largest craft brewery, housed in a historic building that was formerly a Butternut bread bakery owned by Hostess Brands. Founded by entrepreneur Jeff Schrag in 2010 with completion in 2011, the brewery has become a major community hub and was voted Best Microbrewery in Mid-Missouri.
Music & Events Programming
Mother's hosts regular live music events including First Fridays featuring art and musicians, monthly movie nights in the expansive backyard, and two major annual festivals. Mother's Day Fest occurs the Saturday following Mother's Day and Oktoberfest happens the second Saturday in September.
